Facilities Use Policy
An essential piece of the College's mission is our commitment to strengthen the "educational, economic and cultural life" of our community. To support this mission, LFCC offers its facilities to outside groups for nominal rates. From small meetings to large events, the College is able to provide secure facilities that offer state-of-the-art technology. Examples of recent events include the Shenandoah Area Agency on Aging symposium, Top of Virginia Regional Chamber exhibit, and the Front Royal-Warren County Chamber of Commerce Senior Ethics Workshop.
All room reservations outside of instructional use are handled by the Office of Financial and Administrative Services. Internal requests from room reservations must be submitted to the room coordinators for the respective Campus. External reservations must complete a Facilities Use Reservation Form to request the use of a room. Upon approval, a contract and invoice will be sent by the room coordinator. Priority for room utilization is given in the following order: classroom instruction, College events, state agencies, non-profit organizations, for-profit organizations.
