Code of Conduct/Grievance form

When conducting a College-related event or activity on or off campus, students must adhere to the guidelines of the Code of Conduct in the LFCC Student Handbook.

Any student who is dissatisfied with actions that may be taken by the College as a whole or any individual member of the College community should complete a Student Grievance Form.
