Admissions and Records


From the time you apply to the College to the time you walk across the stage at graduation, the Admissions and Records Office provides several services to students. Please see a member of the Admissions and Records Office staff for more assistance with any of the following: registration, applications, dual enrollment, curriculum admission, transcript requests, address changes, transfer credit evaluation, course substitutions withdrawals, schedule changes and the application to graduate.

Hours of Operation (when classes are in session)

Following are hours of operation and contact information for the Admissions and Records Office. Please note that hours may change depending on circumstances and the campus.

  • Monday and Thursday 8 a.m. to 7 p.m.
  • Tuesday and Wednesday 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
  • Friday 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.
