Communication Specialization
Associate of Arts and Sciences: Liberal Arts
The associate of arts and sciences degree in communications is designed for students who plan to transfer to a four-year college or university to complete a baccalaureate degree program, usually the bachelor of arts degree in communications or related fields. Students in the communications specialization may wish to major in one of the following fields: communications, creative writing, journalism, mass media, popular culture, radio and telecommunications, speech or theatre arts.
