- Mondays at 5:15pm
- Tuesdays at 4pm
- Fridays at 12:15 February only
Zumba is a one hour Latin inspired dance party. Each routine can be modified by the student to be as high or low impact as needed. No equipment or experience is necessary. Dress comfortably and get ready to shake it!
- 7:10-7:50am M/W - Wake-up Yoga: An abbreviated yoga class to work out the kinks and start your day stress-free! Bringing a small blanket is recommended.
- 8:00-8:45am M/W - More Wake-up Yoga: Deeper exploration of poses and flow to increase strength and flexibility.
- 1:00-2:00pm Tuesdays - Yoga for Everyone: A mix of traditional and flow styles for ALL fitness levels with variations for the new yogi or experienced practitioner. Bringing a small blanket is recommended.
