- Parapet framing completed.
- Plumbing, ducts, rain leaders ongoing.
- Roof screens installation ongoing.
- Exterior framing completed.
- Exterior sheathing and insulation ongoing.
- Interior framing ongoing: First floor 50% complete, Second floor 90% complete.
- Storm water management pond expansion and pond below gravel lot are almost complete.
- Conduit on-going.
- Mechanical rough-ins ongoing.
- Exterior brick masonry started.
8/25/09
- 95% of the steel has been completed, not including stairs, catwalks.
- Multipurpose room steel has been erected.
- Canopy decking started.
- Roof screens installation has started.
- Exterior framing ongoing.
- Exterior sheathing ongoing.
- Interior framing has started.
- Storm water management pond expansion and pond below gravel lot are almost complete.
- Started 8" sanitary line complete to main. Yard inles are in and connected to storm line.

7/28/09
- Steel erected on rectangular portion of building completed.
- Multipurpose room steel has been erected.
- Canopy steel started.
- Roof screens delivered and installation has started.

- Second floor slab poured.
- Storm water management pond expansion and pond below gravel lot are almost complete.
- Started 8" sanitary line.
- Most first floor diamonds have been poured.
6/24/09
- Half of first floor slab on grade poured

- Damp-proofing has been started on the foundation wall

- Sanitary lines staked out.
- Gravel lot structures set. 15" O.C. between structures1 & 2. Tied into existing structures.
- Water main A and fire line E – Tested and approved by fire marshal.
1/27/09
- SWM pond burm at grade.
- Pond work at 98% completion.
- Modifications to structures complete.
- DCR was on site yesterday – Pleased with work completed to date.
- Site utility contractor onsite – Starting on water line.
- Primary and secondary conduit in – Primary runs to transformer; while secondary runs to building
- Pole bases poured.
1/13/09
- POND: Cutoff wall is poured. Stake out complete.
- Asphalt/ curb and gutter – removed / demoed
- Site Utility Contractor - Start next week.
- Footings – Rebar on site.
- Gravel Lot – Being used as side work (Filler).
