  • Building has been enclosed, curtain wall almost installed.
  • Miscellaneous framing almost done, vestibules on-going.
  • Drywall loose-ends on-going.
  • Mechanical rough-ins almost complete.
  • Plumbing rough-ins complete, VAV's almost complete.
  • Roof scuppers at stairwells on-going, still need to be trimmed and flashed.
  • Parapet is flashed but not sealed.
  • Grass pavers almost done (up to radius). Sod pending weather.
  • Conduit rough-in ongoing.
  • Primary masonry complete, precise coping on-going.
    • Remaining pieces have been ordered.
  • Aluminum composite panel prep work on-going.
  • Precast repairs ongoing, currently on hold due to weather and new concrete.
  • Overhead door installed.
  • Curtain wall installation almost complete.
    • CW caps on-going.
    • CW trim on-going.

  • Bulletin 017 modifications completed.
  • Conduit rough-in-on-going.
  • Primary masonry complete, precast coping ongoing.
  • Roofing membrane complete, including canopies.
  • Aluminum composite panel prep work has started.
  • Precast repairs ongoing, currently on hold due to weather.

    • LCW-1's installed and sealed, with caps.

12/22/09

  • Interior ceiling framing on-going in lobby, vending, and vestibule areas.
  • MEP rough-in almost complete.
  • Bulletin 017 modifications mostly completed.
  • Storm water management pond expansion and pond below gravel lot are substantially complete.  A minor check dam repair is still required.
  • Conduit rough-in ongoing.
  • Primary masonry almost complete, flashing and veneer modifications being finalized.
  • Plumbing roughed in (not including VAV's).
  • Roofing membrane almost complete.
  • Aluminum composite panel prep work has started.
  • Precast repairs ongoing.
  • Curtainwall installation started.

11/9/09

  • Steel has been completed.  Stairs and Catwalks ongoing.
  • MEP rough-in ongoing.
  • Roof screens installation framed.
  • Exterior framing completed.
  • Exterior sheathing and insulation complete, including 5" extension.
  • Interior ceiling framing on-going in lobby areas and vestibule areas.
  • Bulletin 017 modifications pending.
  • Storm water management pond expansion and pond below gravel lot are substantially complete.
  • Conduit rough-in on-going.
  • Mechanical rough-ins ongoing.
  • Stairwell masonry almost complete.
  • Primary masonry started.
  • Plumber started running copper lines up high.
  • Roofing membrane almost complete, exempting recent RFI areas.

10/13/09

  • Plumbing, ducts, rain leaders ongoing.
  • Roof screens installation framed.
  • Exterior framing completed.
  • Exterior sheathing and insulation almost complete.
  • Interior framing ongoing; area between column lines A-C is 90% complete, Multipurpose Room framing 50% complete.
  • Storm water management pond expansion and pond below gravel lot are almost complete.
  • Conduit rough-in on going.
  • Mechanical rough-ins ongoing.
  • Removed majority of unsatisfactory brick from west side.
  • Stairwell masonry ongoing.
  • Roofing started, 45% complete.
