Enrollment
- Increase headcount by 5 percent
- Increase FTE's by 5 percent
- Increase the use of electronic library services by 5 percent
- Increase the number of online course offerings by 10 percent
- Increase the enrollment of online students by 10 percent
Workforce
- Increase the number of employers served through workforce open enrollment or customized training by 5 percent
- Add another high school to be served by a career coach for a total of four high schools served
- Increase the revenue received from customized training, open enrollment and other workforce development programs by 3 percent
Graduation, Retention and Job Placement
- Increase fall 2009 to spring 2010 student retention
- Increase fall 2009 to fall 2010 student retention
Transfer
- Develop articulation agreements with nearby universities in West Virginia
Dual Enrollment
- Increase the number of dual enrolled students by 5 percent
- Increase the number of dual enrolled students in career and technical education classes by 5 percent
Private Funding
- Submit a minimum of three federal grant applications
- Increase grant funding by 10 percent
- Increase private donations by 5 percent
