Assistant Vice President of Workforce Solutions and Continuing Education
Jeanian Clark is the assistant vice president of workforce solutions and continuing education at Lord Fairfax Community College (LFCC). In this capacity, she is responsible for overseeing the professional development, open enrollment and employer-customized training for the Office of Workforce Solutions and Continuing Education. Clark's office serves more than 10,900 individuals in professional development and business and industry courses annually.
Clark joined the Office of Workforce Solutions and Continuing Education at LFCC in 2001 as the director of open enrollment and customized training. Prior to joining LFCC, Clark held human resource and corporate training and development positions at Lear Corporation and modis Solutions Inc.
Over the past several years, Clark has received numerous human resource and training awards, including Human Resource Professional of the Year from the Winchester chapter of the Society of Human Resource Management. Clark holds a bachelor's degree in human resource from James Madison University and a graduate certificate in workforce development from the University of Virginia. In December 2007, she earned a master's degree in organizational development from Old Dominion University.
