Paying Tuition and Fees

Spring 2010 - Early Registration due date is Dec. 2, 2009 by 4 p.m.

Early registration, tuition and fees must be paid no later than 4 p.m. on Wednesday, Dec. 2, 2009. To avoid enrollment cancellation, tuition and fee payments for early registration may be made at the Business Office beginning Nov. 16, 2009.

Registration/enrollment will not be available from Dec. 3 through 5, 2009. Students whose enrollment has been cancelled will have to register again for classes during the available open registration beginning at 12 a.m., on Dec. 6, 2009 (online).

Payment will be due at the time of enrollment for any open and late registration/enrollment from Dec. 6 through Jan. 15, 2010, 4 p.m. Registration/enrollment is complete only when tuition has been paid.

The following methods of payments are available:

Pay using the F.A.C.T.S. plan with your checking or savings account, MasterCard, Discover, or American Express. Click HERE to access F.A.C.T.S. (24/7).
Online payments with VISA or MasterCard (24/7): Log in to MY LFCC to access VCCS SIS89, which is a sign-on portal to access your student account for SIS.After login, follow these steps:
- click Self Service
- click Campus Finances
- click Make a Payment
You may review Account Summary, Total Due Charges, or View My Financial Aid, before Make a Payment.

By Mail
Mail payments to Lord Fairfax Community College, Business Office, 6480 College Street, Warrenton, VA 20187-8820 for the Fauquier Campus, and Lord Fairfax Community College, Business Office, 173 Skirmisher Lane, Middletown, VA 22645-1745 for the Middletown Campus. Checks, Money Orders, VISA, or MasterCard are accepted by mail.
By Telephone (IVR)
Pay using a telephone with your MasterCard, or VISA. Call 1-540-868-7241 (24/7), if you are unable to pay online. Please do not call the Business Office to pay by MasterCard or VISA, instead call 1-540-868-7241 (24/7).
In Person
Pay during normal business hours, Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., at the Business Office on the Fauquier and Middletown Campuses. After business hours, a secured drop box is available at the Fauquier or Middletown Campus Business Offices.

F.A.C.T.S. – Spring 2010

Nov. 9 through Nov. 18, 2009 (no down payment – four monthly payments – the 20^th of each month, beginning Nov. 20, 2009, $35 enrollment fee)
Nov. 19 through Dec. 8, 2009 (20 percent down payment – three monthly payments – the 20^th of each month, beginning Dec. 20, 2009, $40 enrollment fee)
Dec. 9 through Jan. 6, 2010 (35 percent down payment – two monthly payments – the 20^th of each month, beginning Jan. 20, 2010, $45 enrollment fee)
Jan. 7 through Jan. 15, 2010 (60 percent down payment – one monthly payments – the 20^th of each month, beginning Feb. 20, 2010, $45 enrollment fee)

Important note: The intention to enroll in the F.A.C.T.S. program does not extend the tuition deadline date. The F.A.C.T.S. enrollment dates are independent from any posted LFCC tuition deadline dates. All tuition must be paid by the posted date or at the time of registration.
