Application to graduate
The application to graduate is available in Microsoft Word and PDF format.
- Submit your completed application to the Admissions and Records Office.
- Your name will be printed on your diploma as it appears on the application.
- If you want to make any changes to your name after you submit your application, please notify the Admissions and Records Office.
- Changing your name on your LFCC records will not automatically change your name on your application for graduation.
