Phlebotomy

MDL 105 Phlebotomy (3 Cr.)
Teaches the fundamentals of phlebotomy on the Middletown campus. Attendance is absolutely mandatory. Explanation of Syllabus requirements and other details regarding the courses will be explained by the instructor during the first meeting of MDL-105.

MDL 106 Clinical Phlebotomy (4 Cr.)
Provides supervised learning in college laboratory and an area hospital or clinic setting. This training takes place usually during the daytime hours only, and the student must be able to attend every training session. Absenteeism can result in immediate dismissal. Students must complete MDL-105 with a minimum grade of "C" prior to placement in the MDL-106 course.
