LFCC QEP Mini-Grant Information

Critical Thinking mini-grants at LFCC were established as a part of our Quality Enhancement Plan, approved by the Southern Association of Colleges and Schools Commission on Colleges in 2007 and 2008. 

The mini-grant program will begin spring 2009 in a pilot format, and LFCC expects full implementation in fall 2009, with an increase in funding eaqep-mini-grantsch year through 2013.  Proposals for projects may be submitted in the following categories:

1. New instructional materials, programs, or courses to promote critical thinking (development, implementation, and assessment)
2. New student support mechanisms to promote critical thinking (development, implementation, and assessment)
3. New assessments of critical thinking (development and implementation)
