Planning
Planning is the structured process that supports institutional effectiveness resulting in specific guidance for the effective short and long-term operations of the organization. Planning begins with the broadest perspective possible, and maintains this broad perspective throughout the development of specific goals and activities, to the point where it should be directly helpful to each employee of the organization.
At LFCC, the goal of planning is to establish an ongoing environment of assessment and evaluation that results in tangible improvements to the College's programs and services. Successful growth and change are contingent on a shared and cohesive planning process that spans academics, services, resources and facilities.
