LFCC's faculty, both full-time and part-time, are recognized professionals from a broad spectrum of fields. Year after year we are proud to note their accomplishments, awards, and services to the College as well as the local community. Many of our faculty members are local practicing professionals -- astronomers, writers, photographers, accountants, engineers, landscape architects, and financial planners -- who bring the benefit of real world experiences into the classroom.
At LFCC, our faculty want you to learn and they love to teach. Class sizes are small, usually 25 students or fewer, so your professors know not only your name but also where you're from and where you're headed. During class and afterwards, our faculty are always available to help. In addition, many of our faculty will help you better understand specific concepts by having you participate in a field trip or business simulation, or conduct experiments in a modern lab.
