LORD FAIRFAX COMMUNITY COLLEGE
Luray-Page County Center

As Page County and the region experience a renaissance, the new LFCC Luray-Page County Center provides a myriad of programs, services and opportunities for residents and employers in the region. In addition to credit and noncredit courses, LFCC also provides training opportunities for local employees and employers, ultimately attracting new business and industry to the area.

Situated between the Middletown and Fauquier Campuses of Lord Fairfax Community College, the new Luray-Page County Center serves the residents and area employees in the southern part of the LFCC service region. By taking LFCC classes close to home in Page County, residents of Front Royal and southern Warren County, New Market and southern Shenandoah County, Sperryville and eastern Rappahannock County and Page County have more time to spend on their studies, work and home life.

Located at 334 North Hawksbill Street in Luray and close to downtown, Route 340 and Route 211, the new Center is part of a 127,000-square-foot commerce and education facility. The Center contains two general classrooms, one distance-learning classroom and one computer lab. In addition, the Center has administrative offices and a student lobby with cyber café.

The Luray-Page County Center has 35 course offerings listed for the fall 2008. To register, go to the LFCC Web page, or call 540-843-0722. Students also may visit the cyber café at the Luray-Page County Center, Monday through Thursday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. to register for classes if a computer is unavailable to them at home. Registration information is available at the Luray-Page County Center and the Middletown and Fauquier Campuses, and public libraries including branches of the Massanutten Regional Library located in Luray, Shenandoah and Stanley.
